I always come back to a place with helpful staff, like the time they found my lost ID. El Granado Hostel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, dryer, shared kitchen, and more. Perfect for my city breaks.

The staff was fantastic, providing us with a lot of information on the city and what to see. The apartment was very clean, had updated bathroom and appliances, and pretty comfortable beds. The location was good. Only about a 5-7 minute walk to the Cathedral and the bus stop that takes you to the Alhambra. Plenty of restaurants and a small grocery store close by.
My only complaint is that the apartment needs more lighting. The kitchen and main bedroom stay pretty dim even with all the lights on. Probably during much of the year there would be a lot of natural light coming through the large windows, but unfortunately, it was November and quite overcast when we were there.

The stay was very enjoyable, the staff was especially helpful and friendly, suggesting things to do with the children & places to visit and eat. Very central, and although not luxurious, it was very clean and warm, and had a lot of character. We were right at the top and I love the way they preserved the old wooden beams and the beautiful staircase, yet combining it with modern and functional furniture. Will definitely come back
We could hear the people in the flat at the side of ours, although we were lucky they were not very noisy

The breakfast choice and quantity were not enough. Really wanted more options.

Not so keen on bringing own breakfast ingredients. We had a great few days, thank you.

The staff were wonderful, the location was very central and made it exceptionally easy to explore Granada. The terrace apartment we stayed in there was lovely, very comfy bed, spacious and had everything we needed. The terrace was a delight, very private from other guests and spacious. There is a secure parking station very nearby and we left the car there for the entire time at a very cheap rate as they have a deal with the owners.
I hesitate to criticize anything really because overall we were very happy. If you have a lot of heavy bags as we did then be aware there is no escalator and the terrace apt is on the 3rd floor. As overseas travelers with a hire car we found the narrow alleyways of Granada a bit of a challenge though but we managed. The worst criticism we had was that in order to use the free wifi we had to go downstairs to use it. It would be good if we had been able to use it in the privacy of our own apartment.

Very nice apartment. It is run as a hostel which I was unaware of until I checked in. Breakfast was confusing as guests had their own food in the fridge and it was unclear which items had been provided by the apartments. We chose to go out for breakfast. Other than that, very nice, clean and close to all attractions in city center. No elevator! Would recommend.

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our studio suite was cool, spacious, spotless, well appointed with a kitchenette and lounge area. A good breakfast was provided in the common area. The location was excellent for exploring Granada.
We found the residents across the street to be very noisy one Friday night, partying to past 3:00 am.

The water in the shower took quite a long time to warm up, causing some inconvenience during morning routines.

The apartment is nice. There is even a kitchine. And the location is good, it is easy to walk to the train station. There is also one supermarket beside it.
